Craft Team (4:15 PM – 6:00 PM) - Help set up craft supplies, guide children through the planned activity, and assist with cleaning up the craft area before dinner.

Kitchen Prep Team (4:15 PM – 5:45 PM) - Help mothers prepare ingredients, stir sauces, boil pasta, and prepare salads and garlic bread.

Dessert & Beverage Station (5:30 PM – 6:45 PM) - Prepare beverages, arrange desserts, and assist with serving coffee, tea, juice, and dessert.

Collective Clean-Up Leader (6:30 PM – 7:15 PM) - Lead the clean-up process by organizing leftovers, washing large pots, and coordinating table and kitchen cleanup.
